Position: Sr.Co-ordinator – Capacity building

Background Information

Aide et Action (AeA) is an international development organization working for the cause of education of marginalized since 1981 in India with a vision of “a world where dignity is ensured for all men and women by education – a lever for human development”. The thrust areas of AeA’s intervention in India include quality education, inclusive education, livelihood education, women’s empowerment and education, early child care and education, disaster management and HIV /AIDS.

Location
To be based in Hyderabad

Primary Responsibilities

• Organize capacity building need assessment of project teams and CBOs
  Preparation of training modules
• Conduct regular trainings on education and development related aspects both field level and central level

Essential Qualifications

• Post graduation in education or development related field is preferable
• Post graduates with development experience

Skills/ experience required
Highly motivated with self drive
Ability to work under demanding situations
In-depth knowledge on issues concerning education and development
Good experience in organizing trainings and workshops for middle and senior level cadres in NGO sector on education and development issues, approaches, strategies etc.,
A minimum of 5 years experience in NGO sector with training background

Compensation package for the above position will be commensurate with experience and qualification.
