I am Munusamy from Neelangarai Kuppam educated upto tenth standard. Through iLEAD I did a course in automobile technology. I had started interacting without inhibition with outside people thanks to the spoken English training I received at the iLEAD center.

iLEAD is the institute which can make every youth’s life better. After successfully completing the course I was placed at the Adyar Motors (Hero Honda authorised dealer) for a salary Rs. 1500 per month.

My name is Arivalagan and I am a class 10 dropout. After the Tsunami Aide et Action stepped forward to help the youth through the iLEAD center.

I joined the automobile technology course and successfully completed my on the job training at Bajaj and Hero Honda service centers. Now I have joined as assistant mechanic in Exide Castrol with a salary of Rs. 2750 per month.
 

Subashini, aged 20 yrs, stopped her studies after completing class 12 as her brother was the only earning member in the family. A family friend introduced her to the iLEAD center and after undergoing the aptitude test she joined the IT enabled services course. In her own words, “After joining the iLEAD center there has been a great change in my whole outlook and approach to life. I was without hope but now life has a new meaning for me and I will lead many underprivileged youth like me to the iLEAD center.” After the completion of the course she is now working at the Nokia, an international company, for a salary of Rs. 4500 per month with all other benefits.

I am Sakthivel and am a school dropout. I got an opportunity to study in iLEAD center and completed the Hospitality Services course. Now I am working as a waiter at Hotel Savera and getting a salary package of Rs. 2500 per month.

My name is Kalaivani from Chinaneelangakarai. After joining the iLEAD center, I feel extremely happy as I not only completed the IT Enabled Services course but also underwent a training in soft skills and spoken English which has helped me to be more outgoing. With the help of iLEAD Institute I am now employed in an organization called Greek Fortunes as a data conversion staff.

I really feel proud that being a girl I am now able to support my family with a salary of Rs. 2000 per month and this is mainly due to the encouragement and the methodology of teaching in iLEAD center. This has also motivated me to introduce four more aspirants from the deserving committee.
