Background Information
Aide et Action (AeA) is an international development organization working for the cause of education of marginalized since 1981 in India with a vision of “a world where dignity is ensured for all men and women by education – a lever for human development”. The thrust areas of AeA’s intervention in India include quality education, inclusive education, livelihood education, women’s empowerment and education, early child care and education, disaster management and HIV /AIDS.

To be based in Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad and Mumbai
Primary Responsibilities
- Listing of all potential sources of fund raising and establishing contacts
- Studying the priorities of donors
- Preparing concept notes and proposals for corporates, schools etc.,
- Developing a Resource mobilization kit which includes brochures, payment options form, presentations income tax exemption form and website update with communication materials
- Initiating the process of private fund raising in the region
- Organizing fund raising events in the region
Essential Qualifications
- Graduate / post graduate in related field
- Skills/ experience required
- Highly motivated with self drive
- Ability to work under demanding situations
- Good in networking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong marketing and fundraising skills
- A minimum of 3 years experience in fund raising
